1. Terms & Conditions

By using www.borelli.co.za, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Borelli (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

All prices listed are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Orders are only processed upon successful payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.

You may not misuse this site. You are prohibited from committing or encouraging a criminal offense, transmitting or distributing a virus or any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, or in breach of confidence or offensive in nature.

2. Privacy Policy

Borelli (Pty) Ltd is committed to protecting your personal information and complying with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We collect and process your data to fulfill orders, respond to queries, and send promotional materials (if opted-in).

3. Returns & Exchanges Policy

Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase (not receipt) to return any non-faulty items. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and show no signs of wear and tear.

For footwear, we cannot accept returns if the outsole sticker has been removed or if there is visible wear, unless there is a distinct manufacturing fault. In such cases, returns are allowed up to 21 days from purchase. Original packaging must still be provided.

Black Friday and Sale Items:

No refunds or exchanges will be granted on Black Friday and sale purchases. All discounted sales are final. Please ensure you double-check your order before finalizing the purchase.

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

- Gift cards
- Items purchased with discount coupons

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):

Partial refunds may be granted if:
- The item is not in its original condition
- The item is damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- The item is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Exchanges:

We only replace goods if they are factory defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us via email at hello@borelliofficial.com.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00pm on the same day. Delivery times are as follows:
- Interior areas: 3 business days
- Outerlying/exterior areas: up to 7 business days

Best practice: We strive to achieve a 2-day turnaround for all orders placed before 12:00pm.

International shipping is currently not available.

Shipping within South Africa is FREE for orders over R1200. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost if they choose to return an item (unless the item is factory defective).

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after purchase?

A: Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

Q: What if my item is out of stock?

A: If your item is out of stock, you will be notified and refunded immediately.

Q: Do you offer gift packaging?

A: Yes, you can add gift notes or special packaging at checkout for an additional charge.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

9. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

Borelli (Pty) Ltd’s liability is limited to the total value of your purchase. We are not responsible for consequential, indirect, or incidental losses. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with South African law and within the jurisdiction of Western Cape courts.

10. PAIA Manual & POPIA Rights

You may request access to personal data that Borelli holds about you. For a formal PAIA request or to delete/update your personal data, contact our privacy team. We will respond within the timeframe outlined by law (typically 21 working days).
